We accept returns on all non-prescription full price orders within 5 business days of receiving your order. All orders made using a discount code are final sale (no returns, no refunds)
If an order is made for a full price frame with prescription, we will accept returns on the frame, but not the prescription lenses. Prescription lenses are made custom for each customer, so we cannot re-use them. If the prescription was done incorrectly, we will re-make it until it is correct, at our cost.
To be eligible for a return on a full price order, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your defective item to be eligible for a replacement. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to include your order #.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
